On June 6th, at the Seminars in Global Humanities held by Tsinghua-Columbia University Center for Trans-lingual and Trans-cultural Studies, Professor Sebastian Conrad from Free University of Berlin, Germany, gave a lecture titled “The Global History of Enlightenment: Time, Space and Universalism.” The lecture was hosted by Professor Liu He from Columbia University and the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Tsinghua University.
