On March 10, Mr. Hayashi Hirohisa, Director of the Office of International Exchange of Kagoshima County Government in Japan, visited School of Humanities with his group, and they were received by administrators from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature and the International Chinese Language and Culture Center in Room 104 at Xinzhai. Kagoshima County Government planned to establish a scholarship to encourage Japanese students to study in China and promote their understanding of Chinese society, history and culture, and the details of scholarship-related issues were discussed in the meeting.
